1. Acceptance of Terms

Notwithstanding the foregoing, bwm555 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of bwm555's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14. Amendments to These Terms
